Fueled by three power play goals, the Icepack raced past West Virginia 6-0 on a night the Pack celebrated the most successful senior class in the history of the program. Senior Riley Jonson opened the scoring midway through the first on tic-tac-toe goal from Senior Parker Szarek and Junior Chris Solomon. Junior Matt Miller would extend the lead to 2-0 a short time later, banking the puck off the back of the WVU goalie, Michael Mackey. The second period saw more of the same as Solomon redirected Senior Eric Todd's shot four minutes into the second. Solomon would net a PPG goal a short time later from Szarek and Solomon. Junior Garrett Auriene and Freshmen Zack Robinson closed out the scoring in the third for the pack. Eric Daniel made 14 saves for the shutout.
