- Customized: Includes name and number: $150 (Includes domestic shipping)
- Youth cost: $90 (Can be customized or not, at the same $90 price and includes shipping; it is a sublimated jersey, not game weight)
- Shipping: All jerseys will be shipped via FedEx or UPS. Jerseys can take up to eight weeks or more to receive as we have no control over production time from Rebirth
- Customization: The Icepack reserves the right to reject any customized jersey it deems inappropriate or offensive. Additionally, Stephen Russell's number 20 is retired; it can only be produced with his name and number.
- No special characters are allowed (#!*). They do not print well on nameplates. Captains' letters can only be ordered for past or current captains of the Icepack.
- Youth Sizes and Pink Wolf: These are sublimated, dyed jerseys that are lighter in weight. They are not authentic but are a cheaper option for youth fans who will grow out of them.
- Materials: These jerseys are produced by Rebirth and are identical to what the Icepack wears on ice. Due to trademark issues, the black jerseys have ICEPACK across the front instead of NC STATE.
- Goalie Cuts: Please check the size and goalie cut box in the size section.
