Battle For the Carolina's Round One

The Icepack returns home to play the University of South Carolina Gamecocks at 9:00 PM this Friday. 

After a highly successful weekend, the Icepack improved their record to 4-0 on the season with back to back wins on the road against Rowan University. They plan to continue their undefeated streak against the Gamecocks, returning home for the first of a nine game home stretch. The Gamecocks also come undefeated into this game, with an impressive 5-0 record so far. With two wins over Alabama and UNC Chapel Hill, as well as a win over Georgia, this is expected to be a very competitive match-up. 

NC State also plans to honor the 2018-2019 Icepack team on the 5th anniversary of their incredible 22-0 regular season year, as well as their dominant run to nationals. The Icepack have not had a 4-0 start to a season since this 2018-2019 team, until this season.
